New Factory Established In Yangzhou

  On July 1, 2022, Jiangyin Jiao New Material Co., Ltd. established a new factory in Yangzhou, mainly producing PLA sheets and rolls.

  Now we can produce 500 tons of PLA sheets and rolls per month. We use 100% virgin PLA resin material, the surface of the sheet is smooth and flat, with high transparency. The thickness of PLA sheets we produce is from 0.2mm to 6mm. Our PLA sheets are FDA certified, which is suitable for disposable food containers, fresh fruit trays, frozen meat trays, and other thermoforming products.

  As polylactic acid becomes an increasingly established material option, demand has soared. For almost two decades, NatureWorks provides the most PLA sheets in the world. However, we are now able to produce PLA resin and sheets in our country and by ourselves, which is meaningful.

  We are working on producing eco-friendly products which can take the place of PP, PE, and other materials. We provide translucent green PLA sheets for plant guards and hope to provide more environmentally friendly products for the world in the future.
